Job Title: Paid Social Account Director

Overview of Role

Zenith is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Account Director to lead our Paid Social strategy and activation across major channels for a multinational fashion retailer. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Paid Social Business Director to deliver best-in-class campaign planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Manage daily tasks and lead a team of Paid Social Account Managers and Account Executives.
  • Audit accounts regularly to improve performance and lead on client meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to ensure clear and cohesive communication across all teams.
  • Creation of documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
  • Ensure all media is booked and reconciled on time according to the financial process.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in digital media, ideally from an agency side background.
  • Active, hands-on experience activating and planning Paid Social, including DR.
  • Professional digital media/advertising qualifications will be of an advantage.
  • Any digital media experience, e.g., freelance, personal projects, will also be of interest.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office solutions – particularly Excel.
  • Analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and attention to detail.
