About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing customers and accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship building.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target driven environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment software.
