About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing customers and accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship building.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and recruitment software.
