About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Likewize. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues over the phone.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic and understanding support to customers over the phone
  • Utilize knowledge-based systems and tools to deliver information and solutions to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams for further support
  • Use courtesy, tact, and discretion in all customer communications to achieve first call resolution
  • Support other areas of the business as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with product and process changes to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Adhere to Likewize's data protection and information security policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC literacy and proficiency in using knowledge-based systems
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork skills
