Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner- Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Talking Therapies Team as a Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner- Apprentice. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in providing high-volume, low-intensity CBT-based interventions to individuals with common mental health difficulties.
About the Role:This role will involve training to provide cognitive behavioural theory and practice in the format of guided self-help, delivered over the phone, via video calls, and face-to-face. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in assessing individuals with common mental health difficulties and providing CBT-based psychological support.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Assess individuals with common mental health difficulties
- Provide CBT-based psychological support for individuals with common mental health difficulties such as symptoms of depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and panic disorder
- Deliver CBT-based psychological support via telephone, video sessions, computerized CBT, and face-to-face
- Co-facilitate CBT-based treatment groups for individuals with common mental health difficulties with the support of a qualified clinician
- Actively make use of clinical supervision for all client-related tasks to review and improve the effectiveness of interventions offered
- Complete all requirements relating to data collection within the service
- Complete the course
