Job Title: Customer Support Permanent Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Cooper Golding. As a key member of our trade counter team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product technology and regulations to ensure accurate and informed advice
  • Support the management team with overtime requests and other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience in the kitchen/bathroom, plumbing and heating trade with a strong understanding of products, services, and market trends
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities
