**Job Summary:** Kitchen Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced kitchen operations manager to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, with the ability to lead a team and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Lead a team of cooks and other kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company standards.

**Salary Details:** This position comes with a competitive salary of £25 per hour, paid weekly, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a kitchen manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • NVQ or higher in Hospitality/Catering Management.

A Food Hygiene Certificate and Enhanced DBS are required. We can assist with obtaining these if needed.
