Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our team at this stunning country hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of kitchen operations, developing and implementing seasonal menu plans, and leading by example to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate stock control and minimizing waste.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, while maintaining high standards of food quality.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other members of the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
