We are excited to offer a unique career opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our dynamic team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will play a vital role in driving food excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet customer expectations and drive sales growth
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and menu planning
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
