Job Description

CORPORATE TRAVEL MANAGEMENT (CTM) UK seeks a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will handle enquiries via various channels, respond to queries, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve common goals. They will also assist with customer queries, technical issues, and operational tasks, working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent results.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver outstanding customer service and support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  2. Respond to enquiries and resolve queries efficiently, using effective communication and problem-solving skills
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to achieve common goals, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and operational problems, taking ownership of solutions and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:

Salary:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications, with opportunities for growth and development.
