Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a structured plan to visit distribution prospects and customers, fostering strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client's distributor network.
  • Present products and sales promotions to distributors, ensuring repeat business and driving revenue growth.
  • Provide sales training to distributor sales teams, empowering them to succeed in the market.
  • Seek out new distributors, capturing competitive information and staying ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and technology, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales development experience through a distributor network.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
