Your Responsibilities

As a Support Worker at the Iris Care Group, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, and Mental Health conditions. Your primary duties will include:

  • Encouraging individuals to participate in their chosen activities or follow their interests.
  • Assisting them in the community, including co-ordinating scheduled activities and liaising with others to ensure facilitated appointments are attended.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need excellent communication and listening skills, as well as a good basic comprehension of the English language, including basic literacy and numerical skills. A valid UK Driving Licence is also essential.
