Job Description:
Role SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care to our residents at Hartford Care Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting the care team during meal and rest breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Individualised Care: Assist residents with daily living tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
- Maintain a Clean Home: Carry out housekeeping duties, ensuring a clean and comfortable home for our residents.
- Laundry Services: Provide an efficient laundry service, ensuring residents have clean clothes available.
- Support during Meal and Rest Breaks: Assist with mealtime, drinks/snacks, and kitchen duties as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Compassionate Nature: Possess a caring attitude and ability to communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and staff members.
- Organisational Skills: Demonstrate good time management and organisational skills to work efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including IT skills.
