About the Role
The HR Officer will report to and be accountable to the HR and Training Manager, providing a high standard of support across a full range of HR activities, including the full employee life cycle, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to and assist with HR projects, working closely with the HR team to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support across a range of activities, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, and learning and development.
- Assist with HR projects, working closely with the HR team to drive business growth and success.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- HND or CIPD Level 3 Qualified, studying towards or an interest to do so.
- Experience of working in an HR environment undertaking a range of tasks, including general HR administration.
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
