**Job Summary**

As a key member of the GRIDSERVE People team, the HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions. This includes providing administrative support to the Senior HR Manager and CHRO, ensuring accurate and compliant HR data, and refining processes to improve efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to general enquiries and escalating to the Senior HR Manager as necessary.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of HR data and files at all times.
  • Book exit interviews for the Senior HR Manager and manage the onboarding process for new starters, including right to work checks.
  • Manage the leavers process, ensuring the return of all company equipment.
  • Refine administration processes to improve efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the function, including raising purchase orders, taking minutes, and other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including anti-bribery policy and environmental and quality management standards in compliance with ISO standards.

**Requirements**

  • Generalist HR administration experience, with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to refine and improve processes to improve efficiency.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
