Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Home Instead. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our portfolio of clients from beginning to end, ensuring a positive and person-centred service throughout their experience.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for supporting our clients from beginning to end of their time with Home Instead, ensuring high levels of customer service, full compliance, and positive client experiences throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing quality assurance visits to clients and their families
  • Introducing new Care Professionals to their clients
  • Conducting support visits with Care Pros to quality check the care they are giving and action any training or development needs
Requirements:
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Strong skills in conducting care assessments and care planning
  • Good understanding of systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary:

£29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
