About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Services Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and delivering high-quality care services.

Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Respond to client queries, resolve issues, and provide support.
  • Care Planning: Develop care plans, assess client needs, and ensure full compliance.
  • Team Support: Supervise and support care staff, provide training and development opportunities, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organisation and planning skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care.
