Job Description: Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience from initial consultation to ongoing care delivery. This role involves conducting care assessments, developing care plans, introducing new care professionals to clients, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. A full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
