A dynamic HR Business Partner is required to join our client, a highly successful services provider in the electrical industry. Located in the Dungannon district, this exciting opportunity will involve managing all aspects of HR, from recruitment and employee relations to performance management and compliance.

About the Role:

This newly created position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labour laws and be able to provide guidance on policy development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage job postings, interviews, and new hire processes.
  • Support the management team in decision-making related to employee relations and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements: An HR-related degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience working within a HR Advisor/Officer capacity. HR experience and knowledge of labour laws. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. CIPD qualification (advantageous).

Estimated salary: £35,000 per annum.
