We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our General Manager in driving business growth and retention.

About Us

Madisons Fitness is a premium private training gym specializing in small group personal training, strength, cardio, and hybrid large-group sessions. With a strong focus on member satisfaction and retention, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and retention targets.
  • Assist in the management of our personal training programs, including coaching and mentoring our trainers.
  • Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Training qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in delivering strength and conditioning sessions or classes to large groups.
  • Leadership and management experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness setting.
