We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Edenbrook. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in defining, analyzing, and executing business change strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Business Analysis:** Conduct thorough reviews of current and target business-states, applying business modeling and analytical techniques to identify and prioritize gaps.
  • **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Provide analytical expertise to support stakeholders and subject matter experts in the definition, documentation, and prioritization of business outcomes.
  • **Portfolio Management:** Collaborate with the Head of Strategy Delivery and Change Finance to create and manage the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • **Communication and Facilitation:** Facilitate stakeholder discussions, escalate issues, and instigate, prepare, and lead meetings, workshops, and presentations for various audiences.
  • **Relationship Building:** Develop close working relationships with subject matter experts, heads of department, project/programme managers, and sponsors to drive decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • **Process Improvement:** Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps and define to-be business processes.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • **Business Analysis Expertise:** Demonstrable understanding of business analysis and change management tools and techniques within the insurance industry.
  • **Business Process Knowledge:** Knowledge of business process management, workflow, and integration methods with a strong analytical background.
  • **Agile Change Frameworks:** Proven experience in agile change frameworks with an understanding of finance processes.
  • **Certifications:** Business Analysis or Business Architecture certification.
