Assistant Finance Systems Analyst

We are seeking an Assistant Finance Systems Analyst on a Fixed Term Contract to assist our Group Finance Systems Manager in ensuring the effective operation, upkeep, and enhancement of our primary financial applications, including Workday and TM1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the collection and documentation of change requests and requirements from the broader Finance team
  • Design, test, and implement technical modifications for ongoing improvements
  • Oversee and execute small-scale projects with third-party collaboration
  • Assist in the design and generation of Workday reports, Business Processes, and Integrations
  • Serve as a primary contact for incidents and issues, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to resolve challenges
  • Foster effective working relationships across all organizational levels and influence improvements in processes
  • Manage end-user setup and security maintenance as required
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with stakeholders and effectively resolve conflicts
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday and TM1
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and external partners
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain clarity in challenging situations
