School Psychology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled School Psychology Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As an Educational Psychologist, you will be working closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide psychological assessment and guidance for pupils within schools.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people in Shropshire. You will work collaboratively with education teams, providing expert advice and professional development training to enhance outcomes for all learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform teaching and learning strategies
- Offer guidance and support to education teams to ensure effective implementation of individualised plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to agreed members of the clinical team
- Foster strong relationships with families, carers, and specialist agencies to promote collaborative working
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in educational psychology
To succeed as a School Psychology Specialist, you will need:
- A doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- A passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
