About Us

Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of special needs education, with a reputation for quality and positive outcomes for the people we educate. We are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and young people.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team of clinical staff, working closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, and Assistant Psychologists.

The role involves providing psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools, as well as supervising agreed members of the clinical team and engaging in professional development training for all staff.

Requirements
  • A doctoral or master's professional qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
