Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. Based in Shropshire, you will work with schools to support the development of therapeutic environments and implement Trauma Informed and Neurodiversity Affirming practice.

This is a permanent role, working 22.5 hours per week, term time only (approximately 41 weeks). The salary is up to £63,840 FTE (full-time equivalent), dependent on experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide psychological assessment and intervention for pupils within the schools
  • Offer guidance for education teams
  • Supervise agreed members of the clinical team
  • Communicate with families/ carers and specialist agencies
  • Engage in professional development training for all staff
Key Responsibilities

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing psychological assessment for pupils, guidance for education teams, and professional development training for staff. You will also communicate with families and specialist agencies.
