About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Staff Psychology Service as a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist. As a key member of our team, you will provide highly specialist psychological assessment and formulation for teams and staff members.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of psychological interventions, conducting psychological debriefs in response to incidents, and working collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver bespoke interventions and resources.

As a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will be expected to maintain awareness of the impact challenges may have on safe and good quality clinical care, undertake risk assessment, and provide advice to other professionals on psychological aspects of risk management.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
