Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures.
  • Ensure residents have access to medical, social, and other care workers as required.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures, ensuring a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.

About You:

  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
  • Recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
  • Good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
