Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

About the Role:

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You will work closely with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for supporting residents to access key medical, social, and other care workers as required, and working in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse, valid and current NMC registration and PIN, and good written communication skills. You will also need to be able to lead a team and have a compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
