Registered General Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

About the Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met. You will work closely with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to infection control guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide person-centered care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  2. Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met.
  5. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  1. Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
  2. Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
