Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

About the Role:

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality care to residents, including physical, psychological, and social needs.
  2. Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures.
  3. Ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures.
  4. Work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
  1. Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
  2. Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
  3. Good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  4. A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
