About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex.

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centered care to residents
  • Supporting the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures
  • Ensuring adherence to infection control policies and procedures
  • Working in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines and NMC code of conduct
About You

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse who:

  • Has a recognized qualification as a Registered General Nurse
  • Is registered with the NMC and has a valid PIN
  • Has good written communication skills and the ability to lead a team
  • Has a compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic
