We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Riverdale Care Home in Braintree, Essex. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the Home Manager to implement policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to infection control policies and procedures.
About the Role:
- Provide physical, psychological, and social care to our residents
- Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures
- Ensure residents have access to medical, social, and other care workers as required
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
- Work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation
About You:
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Recognised qualification as a Registered General Nurse
- Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
- Good written communication skills and ability to lead a team
- Compassionate and caring nature, positive attitude, and flexible work ethic
