Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Nigel Wright Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage the purchase ledger, including inputting purchase invoices to Sage 200, statement checking and reconciliation, and supplier payment run preparation.

•⁠ ⁠Process bank and cash transactions, including entering daily bank transactions, bank reconciliation, and petty cash recording and reconciliation.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain the sales ledger and credit control, including daily sales invoice distribution, providing statements to customers, and resolving customer queries efficiently.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience working within transactional finance, with a sound understanding of systems and a good Excel user.

•⁠ ⁠Happy to work in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

•⁠ ⁠Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
