Operations Supervisor

Woodland Group is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our European region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations to meet sales and profit targets.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role in freight forwarding.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
