About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at The Bamford Collection. As Assistant Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Garden Shop, working closely with our Plants Team and Florists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example in product knowledge and share expertise with customers
  • Champion full shelves, fixed merchandising, and POS to create an engaging shopping experience
  • Develop team product knowledge and ensure seamless customer service
  • Assist General Manager in maintaining a safe and beautifully presented workplace
  • Manage daily banking, cash reconciliation, and ensure compliance with H&S regulations
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience, with a focus on luxury retail
  • Passion for gardening, nature, and sustainability
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Organized and efficient in planning and time management
