Job Title: Patient Pathway Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Assisted Conception Unit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fertility services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track patient pathways and ensure timely treatment
  • Provide administrative support to the Embryology Team
  • Triage patient communications and emails regarding frozen embryos and gametes
  • Send letters to patients with stored gametes/embryos
  • Process responses from patients with stored gametes/embryos
  • Organize patient cryostorage files
  • Support the Cryo Team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain the storage email inbox
  • Audit data relating to cryo patients
Requirements:
  • Good general education with English and Maths to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Educated to diploma level or NVQ 3, City and Guilds certificate level in business administration or equivalent
  • Evidence of some formal further training in short courses, experience of a range of admin practices, and significant experience of hospital administration
Desirable Criteria:
  • IT package qualification/training, e.g. European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)
  • Customer services qualification/training
