Job Title: Children's Welfare Specialist

Overview of Role

Tripod Partners is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Welfare Specialist to join our team. As a Looked After Children's Social Worker, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in care.

This rewarding position requires you to conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances, develop comprehensive care plans, and build strong relationships with children, families, and carers. You will also advocate for the best interests of children in court proceedings and reviews, and collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure coordinated support.

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant social work qualification, registration with Social Work England, significant experience working with Looked After Children, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £38,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, regular supervision and support, and a supportive and collaborative team environment.
