Sales Representative Ireland

As a Sales Assistant, you will develop strong relationships with customers, giving them an exceptional tool hire experience. You'll support face-to-face queries, telephone and email inquiries, and process orders in our system.
Requirements:
- You can build trust with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- You can meet and achieve sales targets.
- You are familiar with upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- A solution-driven mindset to solve problems effectively.
The Role Involves:
- Handling customer queries over the phone, email, and face-to-face in our branch.
- Embracing sales initiatives across the hub, maintaining a high standard of branch presentation and service.
- Maintaining professional standards of product knowledge and supporting customers in selecting the correct product.
- Inspecting and testing equipment before and after each hire to ensure reliability and safety.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am until 17:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am until 13:00pm.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary for this role is €34,000-€42,000 based on location and industry standards. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 28 days holiday entitlement, additional holiday buy scheme, access to exclusive discounts, life assurance, and more.
