Retail Sales Representative

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the success of our retail team in Harlow, United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge and advice.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Ensure a clean and tidy store environment to promote a positive image of the company.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet business needs.
- Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems to streamline processes.
