Our Customer Sales Representatives play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and suppliers while striving to enhance branch sales and profitability. As a member of our branch team, you will collaborate with others to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Here’s a brief overview of the responsibilities you can expect as a Customer Sales Representative with Huws Gray:

  • Assisting customers, whether in person or via phone
  • Generating quotes, following up on inquiries, and nurturing sales opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing administrative tasks
  • Staying informed about product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Organizing product displays and shop areas to ensure they are well-stocked and visually appealing
