Job Title: Business Development Representative - Sales and Client Acquisition

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Smart10 Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and growing our contract base through effective sales techniques, outbound calls, and face-to-face client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and expand contracts
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing persistence and goal-oriented approach to succeed

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or field sales
  2. Full UK driver's license, as the role involves frequent travel across London
