We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide support and care to adults with additional or complex needs. As a self-employed carer, you will have the autonomy to work independently, while still being part of a larger support network.
Your key responsibilities will include providing a safe and supportive environment for the adult, developing their practical, social, and emotional skills for independence, and supporting them in making their own choices. You will also be responsible for qualifying for tax relief as a self-employed carer and earning a competitive income of between £461 - £562 per week.
Requirements:
