As a Live-in Care Companion, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standards of care and support. You will be responsible for providing companionship, assistance with daily living tasks, and promoting independence in a safe and supportive environment.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous UK care experience, preferably as a carer or live-in carer, or unpaid care experience supporting loved ones. A driving license is preferred but not essential, as some non-driving roles are available. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as a genuine interest in caring for others.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meal preparation and light domestic duties
  • Support with medication and elements of personal care
  • Encouraging independence and promoting a sense of well-being

We offer a competitive salary range of £18-22 per hour, reflective of our tiered structure and the complexity of our clients' care needs. Your exact weekly pay will depend on the package you are assigned and may vary when you move to new clients.
