About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Birmingham and West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting young people to live independently and achieve their full potential.

As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with young people to identify and address any challenges they may be facing.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of young people's progress and well-being.

  • The salary for this role is approximately £23,400 per annum, plus a £900 car allowance, mileage and on-call allowance.
  • This role offers flexible working hours across 7 days with on-call and occasional weekends/sleep-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with young people to identify and achieve their goals.
  • To provide support and guidance to young people in all aspects of their daily life.
  • To maintain accurate records of young people's progress and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Full UK driving licence is required for this role.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable young people would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
