Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Leads floorset updates, styling recommendations, product knowledge, and talent development to enhance customer experience.
  • Drives customer experience, store presentation, sales floor supervision, and asset protection to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Manages staffing, scheduling, payroll, and communication to optimize store performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
