Estate Management Leader Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Estate Management Leader to join our team at Magnus James. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level in estate agency.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in estate agency, with strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing branch operations, and driving revenue growth. Our ideal candidate will have a natural drive, passion, and self-starter attitude, as well as the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas to build business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to achieve revenue targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to improve market share
  • Chair daily morning meetings to set expectations
  • Identify client needs and match them to propositions to win new business
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in estate agency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Natural drive and passion for success
  • Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of up to £35k, plus commission of up to £60k OTE. We also offer a bespoke commission structure based on business success, a 5-day working week, and a lovely working environment with a well-established team.
