Service Delivery Manager

As a Deputy Service Manager at Hft, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves working closely with the Service Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our supported living activities and promoting independence and choice among the people we support.
About the Role
This senior position requires a skilled leader who can manage and motivate a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and supervision to ensure exceptional care standards are maintained. You will be accountable for monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and personal support, as well as ensuring the delivery of key quality and safety priorities. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you will need to access various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of Support Workers
- Monitor and maintain high standards of clinical and personal support
- Ensure delivery of key quality and safety priorities
- Manage and supervise Support Workers to achieve excellent care standards
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Significant experience in frontline management in learning disabilities services
- Knowledge of legislation and CQC regulations
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to undertake within 18 months)
- Ability to lead and manage people effectively
