Global Valve Sales Lead

The role of Global Valve Sales Lead is an exciting opportunity to join Verto People as we continue to grow and expand our operations in the global market.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our engineersales team in delivering tailored, high-performance solutions for various valve products.
With a strong focus on alignment with company goals and objectives, you will work closely with our UK Managing Director to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
You will play a crucial role in strengthening our presence in the industrial product sectors by delivering comprehensive valve sales and solutions, while embodying our commitment to quality and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in managing engineering sales teams within the valves, actuators, instrumentation, or pumps product sector.
We offer a competitive salary package, including £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, 25 days holidays + Bank holidays, Company Pension, and additional benefits.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience working with control valves, isolation valves, pumps, actuators, instrumentation, or other similar mechanical products.
You will also have a mechanical engineering sales background, preferably from a manufacturing environment, and experience of people management within sales operations, ideally within the valve sector.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various engineering departments and industry partners.
The office is based in Brighouse, and commutability is essential.
