The Opportunity
  • Provide service and support for assigned customers, assisting Technical Support Specialists, Lab Integration teams, Field Application Specialists, and account managers.
  • Participate in service, sales, and customer meetings, driving collaboration and partnership with clients.
  • Back-up other Support Representatives, ensuring seamless coverage and minimal disruption to our customers.

We are offering an estimated salary of $85,000 per year, plus benefits and relocation assistance. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on Standby and travel within North America and Europe, broadening your experience and skills.

Requirements
  • Diploma of collegial studies in electronic technology or community college Specialty in Biomedical Engineering.
