Care Support Specialist

At Barchester Healthcare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily living activities, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and attention.
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and will be able to demonstrate empathy, kindness, and compassion when interacting with our residents. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
We offer a competitive salary of £12,000 - £15,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous package, you will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow and progress in your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties.
