About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing them with the quality care and support they deserve. You'll work closely with our team to ensure every resident receives the individualized care they need, including support with daily living tasks and activities that promote their well-being and happiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with their daily routines, including personal care and medication administration
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging them in activities that promote their well-being and happiness
• Work collaboratively with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that promotes the well-being of all staff and residents

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills. You'll be compassionate, empathetic, and able to work well under pressure. In return, we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to thrive in your role.
